Biography

David Du Four was born about 1620 at Bergen, Graafschap Henegouwen, Habsburgse Nederlanden (now Mons) and died before May 1699 at 79 years of age.[1] He married :
  1. Mary Boelen (she died before 1657) .[1]
  2. 10 July 1657 at Amsterdam Jannetje Frans (Jeanne Frances ?), who was born about 1625 at Quievremont, Province de Hainaut, Belgium and died after 1699 at Coale Kill, Turtle Bay, New York City at 74 years of age.[1]

page 409 gives the Devoor genealogy, begining with David du Four, which is varied as Devoor, and currently as De Voe. It states in his will he named his children as: John, Peter, David and Glaude.

In the marriage between David du Four and Jeane Frans, it states she was from Valenciennes.

Why is there in the text she was from Quivremont? What proof is there for this??
